Multinote Taker and Notebook
The Multinote Taker allows for multimedia items such as pictures and videos to be uploaded and displayed in Olfish-DDL. The Notebook allows users to browse through all notes, pictures and videos in one location, while keeping the note traced to its original location.
Change Control
Change Control is a administrative, password protected auditing utility, that allows authorities or other authorized users to view/track all changes made to data stored in Olfish-DDL
Scales Data Logging Utility
The Scales Data Logging Utility connects Olfish-DDL to all leading brands of automatic scales and electronically transfers data from the scales into the Olfish-DDL database, which can work with the following scales: NESCO, Pols, Scanvaegt, Marel.
Fleet Activity Optimiser
The Fleet Activity Optimiser aids fishing managers in optimally scheduling vessels’ time and destinations at sea to meet specific objectives. Olfish-DDL can manage a fleet of many vessels, fishing in multiple areas, for several species of fish, one of which will usually be identified as the primary target species.
Form Maker Utility
Olfish-DDL allows any paper-based log-sheet to be scanned, incorporated into, and completed within Olfish-DDL, and then to be printed out and delivered to the relevant authority. The paper logsheet can be populated automatically by the form maker utility if data have been entered using Olfish-DDL.
Inspector Utility
The Olfish-DDL inspector utility is a small program which can reside on the compliance inspector’s USB key. This utility allows permitted inspectors to extract certain (predefined) information from the user’s Olfish-DDL without the need to give them access to the full software.
