A visual data analysis module for comparisons

Analysing:

The Olfish Explorer is an optional visual data analysis module which analyses subsets and data captured by Olfish-DDL. It allows users to create custom subsets for particular analysis and comparisons.



Examples:

  • Catch per unit Effort vs. Moon Phase
  • Catch per unit Effort vs. Weather Conditions

Plotting:

Olfish-Explorer is also able to plot spatial Catch per unit Effort density distributers on a map and filter it by species/environmental conditions.



Examples:

  • Bird Abundance vs. Fishing Activity
  • Catch per unit Effort vs. Fishing Hotspots

Additional Features:

  • Add calculated fields and use them as pre-entered data
  • create and set up any number of calculated fields
  • edit and delete fields
  • chart data on a graph
  • plot data on a density distribution maps.
